Roxanne Bromiley Becker, M.S.

Roxanne Bromiley Becker has over 15 years of experience performing life cycle assessments (LCA) in diverse industries and organizations and is a Life Cycle Assessment Certified Professional (LCACP). Her work has focused primarily on energy and fuel systems in the power and oil and gas industries. At Shell, Roxanne supported LCA work across all businesses, helping to design products with the lowest possible carbon footprints and evaluating the impact of regulations on Shell products. As a contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory, she conducted research based LCAs on power generation systems and fuel pathways, and developed detailed LCA models for extraction and processing of natural gas from different origin sources. Her experience also includes LCAs on consumer and construction products ranging from baby shampoo to macaroni and cheese to building insulation. Roxanne graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with an M.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and double B.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Engineering in Public Policy.
